The Role: Senior Account Associate
Location:_ California_
\*\*\*This is a remote position, however, candidates are required to be in California.
Travel to district and school sites will be required up to 35% of the time.
About This Role:
Looking for dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented individuals to join our exciting Growth Team.
As an Account Associate, your primary responsibility will be to help grow and build our partner school districts in your territory. This is one of our fastest-growing states and we are looking for someone who can deepen relationships with all levels in a district and build trust to make us the preferred health partner in the K12 setting.
What You'll Do:

  • Manage K12 district relationships with our district partners
  • Manage relationships at multiple levels (Ex: Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Directors of Student Services)
  • Support strategy development for the partnerships within your territory, reviewing data and collaborating cross-functionally to develop strategic plans to achieve enrollment, engagement, and renewal targets
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience every time and build trust to influence renewals and expansions
  • Quarterback internal teams serving partnerships within your portfolio; represent the needs of your portfolio internally
  • Support with the virtual implementation of districts and schools
  • Develop partnerships and awareness throughout the community

Your Background:

  • 1+ years working in a role that interacted with K12 District leaders, ideally from within a public school district
  • 2+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in the K12 Market
  • A proven track record of success in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in a cross-functional environment
  • Strategic mindset and ability to lead by influence
  • Have a passion for education and providing access to healthcare
  • Experience in healthcare a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-language skills a plus

  • A competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $85,000-$100,000 plus a yearly bonus potential
